This is how my garden celebrated Ostara today.This sunflower is a volunteer from those we had last year. She's joined by a tomato plant, some lettuce, and some cilantro which have all volunteered themselves to have more fun in my garden this year without waiting for direction from me as to when and where to grow.
I don't have the heart to tell Ms. Sunflower that she's in what is now the corn bed (sunflowers are going in along the fence this year). Besides, it doesn't matter.
She's beautiful wherever she is.
